Success, offer a hard to beat money back and satisfaction
guarantee. The following are the details to these
policies.

Resort and ACHIEVE Success agree to reimburse the complete
purchase amount paid by the client within 10 days of request
under these circumstances:
1.
The service has been paid in full.
2.
The documents are in the proofreading phase and the MS Word
document has not been emailed to the client.
3.
The refund is requested within 7 days of the proofread
document being emailed.
4.
The client agrees to delete the proof drafts from their
computer and further agrees that they will in no way attempt
to use, extract, copy, or print the proof draft if this refund
policy has been or will be utilized.
5.
The client purchased the recommended service level for their
industry. If the client is not sure of what the
recommended service level was, they can turn to the email sent
to them following their purchase.
6.
Three full business days have been given to the company to
complete the project. (*Rush service projects do not qualify).
*If
for any reason a client finds that their first impression of
their new resume is not to their satisfaction - rather it be
the layout chosen, the terminology used, the wording, or any
errors found - please know that our writers are fully prepared
to work hard to ensure your satisfaction and will continue to
work with you until you are 100% satisfied with your new

Following the 7
day period where the client can utilize the money back
guarantee, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. Resume
Resort and ACHIEVE Success agree to offer the client a
complete rewrite free of charge for both their resume and
cover letter under these circumstances:
1.
The service has been paid in full.
2.
The resume has been sent to 10 companies where the client is a
qualified candidate and a posting is advertised, with no
resulting interview.
3.
The client can provide us with the contact information for the
ten applications referred to above.
4.
The rewrite has been requested within 90 days of purchase.
5.
The client purchased the recommended service level for their
industry. If the client is not sure of what the
recommended service level was, they can turn to the email sent
to them following their purchase.
